When does the discount code expire? Can I prolong it?
Every discount code has its "shelf life" and you should use it while the offer is still valid. We issue several warnings reminding you to use your discount - when it is going to expire and you did not provide it on the site, another one is sent after you provided the code and did not use it. Sorry, but if you missed the chance to avail of our special offer, we cannot prolong it - that's why we warn you beforehand.
