How can I find out if I have successfully used a discount code and purchased a cheaper package?
After you make a payment, a confirmation will be shown on the payment screen that your discount code was accepted and that you have purchased a cheaper package. In addition, you will receive an email from us stating that you used your discount successfully. Please double check what type of discount you have as it may only be valid for some membership plans and not for others. You can see the discount type at the top of the payment page before upgrading.
